The Perfect Pitch is NOT a game promotion, contest or sweepstakes since winners will be selected by a panel of judges and the prizes are not awarded at random.
The Perfect Pitch competition is fully compliant with Florida laws and does not fall under game promotion guidelines.

We LOVED the Perfect Pitch ... especially because we won!!!!
We were a bit skeptical at first, too, but checked it out with the sponsors, and it all seemed legitimate, so we entered.
By far, one of the best decisions we've ever made. Now we're working with the awesome marketing companies, Malcolm Out Loud/Teasdale Worldwide, on a $250,000 campaign. Of course, we are absolutely thrilled. This was a dream come true for us, a grassroots company very passionate about what we're doing -- promoting local, independent businesses in the Tampa Bay area.
